The mycrackers.com follows transparent and liberal cancellation policy and we respect each and every customer right in making their choice. In case of any change in placed order due to unforeseen reason, the customer can cancel the order within 6 hours of checkout. You can cancel the placed order by mailing the details to ceo@mycrackers.com or abilashsivakasi@gmail.com
In case of cancellation, refunds will be credited in their account within 14 working days from the date of cancellation. Customer can track their order cancellation and refund through their registered mail id.
Please do not accept the delivery, if the package is opened or damaged and return the package to the delivery person at the time of delivery.
